Licensed Veterinary Technician

We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician ( LVT ) to join our small family oriented team. County Line Animal Hospital is a fast paced, 3-doctor small animal hospital located in Ontario NY. Our hospital boasts an enjoyable working environment with great leadership and excellent support staff. We are looking to fill either full or part-time roles. Our Veterinary Technicians play an integral part in our daily hospital functions by providing excellent care to our patients as well as serving as major communicators for our hospital and within our team. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team.

Ideal candidates must have good professional behavior, be reliable and responsible, work efficiently, successfully multitask, and be a good team player.  Evening hours and Saturday shifts are rotated.  Candidates should have experience in the following areas: venipuncture, surgical assistance, pharmacy duties, lab work, radiology, monitoring of patients, maintaining anesthetized patients, assisting the veterinarians, and handling medical records.
